Subscripe button autorefresh and styling

Hello,

I can't find out how to style the subscription button on the payment-process page. Also I would like to center this button.
In the attachment I have a picture of the button I'm talking about.

Another question is about pressing this button.
The form doesn't autorefresh: thus when I'm filling in a coupon code (for instance) I have to push the subscripe button twice. First time you'll see refreshing the form, second time it processes the subscription. This is unexpected for customers. It feels like the button doesn't work and I have to hope people will press it again to work.

The issue you are talking about is really strange. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us administrator account of your site so that we can check it for you ?
