I need a custom field that I can manually populate with a unique member ID once the user has signed up for a subscription plan. The field I need should be display-only, and not editable by the user. Can I use the transaction ID field for writing a unique member ID value? Will it get overwritten when user renews his/her subscription? What else can I do? Thanks.
