Show VAT rate on subscription form

Hello,

I stand to be corrected but I don't think it's currently possible to show the tax rate (VAT %) on the subscription form. It does show the tax amount in currency value but it would be nice to have an option to also show the percentage. As in: VAT Rate:  20%
This fields needs to update of course when the user changes the country (the same as tax amount). The information is already there in the ajax response (&task=register.calculate_subscription_fee), it just needs to be added to the form.

So far, I don't see any other customers request for it, so I don't have plan to add support for it yet. We will waste to see if there are at least some other customers need it before adding to the extension
