Donation Menu Item Adding Pages Automatically

Hello,

My site has been published for about a month and my DONATION page for Joom Donation is adding blank pages to the menu item.

For example - my donation page URL is mysite.com/index.php/donate but over the first two weeks it added another blank page with this URL: mysite.com/index.php/donate?limit=20&start=20 and now it has added another page: mysite.com/index.php/donate?limit=20&start=40

I cannot figure out why this is happening but my site is adding these additional pages one or so every week and it is growing!!

I have added a screenshot showing the three pages under my Joom Donation tab - I only have one page!!

Any help would be appreciated - this seems like an issue that is above my skill level
