Is there a way to have a field exported to the CSV file yet still be unpublished on the website?
Also, is there a way to get the date to show up on the CSV file (the one that shows up on the donation management page)?

By default, the extension only exports the custom fields which are published . To export all custom fields, please open the file administrator/com_jdonation/controller.php, look at the line 212, change it from :

Regarding the date, the csv file containing the date column already . You can check the sample file here :
