Hello, a few things are missing in admin:
- In the list view no pagionation list limit override option (if I like to rearrange the categories, necessary to change system setting)
- Ticket list - attachment sign - if the server storage space running low, I don't see which ticket has a deleteable attachment, but for some older tickets it is no longer necessary to keep the attachment.
- Custom field only staff - a ticket can be submitted by both a customer and a staff member, but there should be a unique field that only an internal member can see (e.g. priority, no need set as public)
- Easy staff members selection &edit - now for each category the staff members must be specified individually, separated by commas, but if have lots of categories, it takes a long time and the possibility of error is high. Maybe a multiselect, or a operator groups maybe could be better.
- GDPR compliance for guest users - if allowed public user submit, need a mandatory GDPR compliant checkbox for public users (only for public/guest), with a Privacy policy link (example set/select a privacy policy menu item or article id. (maybe the menu item is better)
- Staff submit a ticket on frontend with other person - we use the program online and in customer service office (which is good anyway), but the operators often do not change their own email address to the customer's email address. Do you need a warning message, or popup that the email address hasn't changed, are you sure yue're submit with this email?
- Frontend ticket report - For the staff leader does not need to login to backend, but it is important to see the results of the team.
