Today, I am happy to announce the next release of Helpdesk Pro, version 4.1.0 with the following improvements:
1. Support Sending Attachments Via Email
If you want to have attachments sent to emails (when ticket is submitted or when someone replies to the ticket), just go to Helpdesk Pro -> Configuration, set Send ticket attachments to email config option to Yes.
2. Compatible with Joomla 4 Beta 4
As you might now, Joomla 4 Beta 4 was released recently, so we put some works on this release to make sure Helpdesk Pro is compatible with that latest Joomla 4 releases.
3. Allow Adding Custom CSS Directly in Configuration
Sometime, you might need to add custom css to change the appearance of Helpdesk Pro. If you want to do that, just go to Helpdesk Pro -> Configuration, look at Custom CSS tab, put the css code you want there and save it.
4. Some Minor Improvements
- Improves integration with UIKIT3, Twitter Bootstrap 3 and Twitter Bootstrap 4
- Improve code which handles download attachment
