Hi,

How should I setup permissions & roles to various users to use Helpdesk pro.
Not seeing any option for that.

Hello

There are total 4 user roles in Helpdesk Pro, two of them (Customers and Admin) does not need to be setup. See helpdeskprodoc.joomservices.com/getting-started/user-roles for detailed explanation about each role

1. For Managers role, you can edit the category, look at Managers parameter and enter username of the users you want to be Manager of the category there and he will become Manager of that category

2. For Staffs role, please see documentation at helpdeskprodoc.joomservices.com/manage-t...sing-ticket-to-staff and helpdeskprodoc.joomservices.com/plugins/assign-ticket to understand how to setup it
