I use both Helpdesk Pro and Edocman. Edocman has a plugin that allow fors storing files on Google Drive. I was so hopiing that HelpDesk would also have this plugin, seemed like an obvious use of the plugin.
Would be nice to have infinite storage of G Drive and relief for my server from all the client files uploads.
