Hi Tuan!
In setting up for my current project, I noticed that when a user views the ticket, the person that it is assigned to is not visible by the user. Could you add that to the details box on the right side?
Also, could there be a default staff person to be automatically assigned to a ticket upon ticket creation per category?
I also noticed that the name and email fields have to be filled out even if the user is logged in - can the system pull that info from the user profile and auto-populate those?

Nevermind about the user name and email fields - figured out that if a user is staff, it doesn't auto fill, if a user is a regular registered user, it does.

I've just gotten feedback from my users - could there be an option to turn on the name / email auto fill for staff? Apparently, when staff get "shoulder taps" for a request, they put in the ticket and would like that to auto fill.
