Can you consider adding the ability to display additional columns to the front end when logged in as an admin or staff? Specifically, adding Assigned To. It would help, as an admin, to have more information available to manage tickets from the front end.
Secondly, How does the Label feature work? I created a few labels. Had to go to the backend to be able to see the Apply Label button. However, when I click that button, nothing happens. I am logged in as a super user.
