I have a question regarding your ticket extension.
I would like to have a system where the people can ask for help
1/ send them a quotation where they can click to accept and pay to validate the projects/ticket support
2/ the client asks for tickets and the time is counted into the account, then each period (monthly ? or when reaching a specific amount of money/hours) ) is generated automatically an invoice and send the payment request
Is it possible to do something like this with your system ?
