Hi,

I was wondering if in a future release you may think about adding to the ticket report section of the Helpdesk Pro component to make it a bit more detailed.

For example:
  • A more detailed report by date range not just by week/month/year
  • A more detailed report by staff member
  • Add a report by user (how many jobs per user to find which user logs the most jobs and what category each user is logging jobs for most)
  • Add the option of graphs and and export option
