I have a few questions, after buying your Helpdesk Pro package we wanted to customize it a bit.
Here are a few questions I have:
-Can you add the custom fields to the emailtemplates, if yes whats the used shortcode?
-I hid the priority tab in css by adding a custom class to it hardcoded, i hope this wont be a problem since its required but it has a default of 3 so I think it should be fine.
-The translation for custom fields has to be done manually in a translation file ?
-The custom fields are required but only the date i added shows a required star, I checked the code and it should show a required star in the view if the required option is selected in the adminpannel so here I have no idea why it doesnt show
