Hi,
In the backend when viewing a ticket - is it possible to allow managers and administrators to be able to EDIT the Extra Information?
I assign Custom Fields to each Category - It would be great if these can be fully editable based on the custom field options.
E.G. - Issue DropDown as a Custom Field - a manager should be able to change the issue type if a better option is available.
Please let me know how we can look at this.
