Auto create a support ticket from email?

Hi Tuan,
Is there a way to automatically create a Help Ticket if an email is received at a specific email address? I have seen this with other help ticket systems. For example, If someone emails "support@abc.com" could a support ticket be created in HelpDesk Pro automatically with the senders name and email, subject and email body as a part of the ticket?
