Some of the custom fields which are marked as Required are not showing like this in the form front end.
Also can tickets be Closed in the Frontend view? I have tried to do this as a Manager and cannot, but as a Super Administrator I can do it in the backend.
Your attempt to fix Required problem has not worked.
The ticket creator (Referrer) can update the status and close the ticket from the front end but the Manager cannot, can this be enabled and can we remove the ability to do this for the ticket creator?
