Is there any update on the release date of the next version? Last I checked it sounded like you were shooting for mid-August. HelpDesk Pro is great work, keep it up!
I've been following the past forum posts and am looking forward to these features:
- Assign tickets from front-end
- Add tickets on behalf of customer from the front-end
- Email replies automatically going to comments section (probably still wishful thinking at this point)
