We have bought and installed HelpDesk Pro to use for to request holidays and submit overtime requests. These requests will need to go to the relevant Manager
A couple of questions
Can the tickets can be assigned to users from the site frontend - and if so, what needs to be done.
Helpdesk Pro generates an error when submitting a ticket - when error reporting in Joomla admin is set to system default. You could probably get this sorted out with the developer once we move it to the primary domain. The component seems to work fine, and nothing shows when I disable error reporting.
