Today, we just released next version of Helpdesk Pro. In this version :
1. We added a new plugin allows generating support ticket when your site visitors contact you from Joomla contact form .
2. Added a new plugin which list all ticket attachments of a ticket when admin view ticket from backend .
3. Added a CB plugins which list all support tickets of a user in his profile.
4. Added Helpdesk Pro content plugin which allows embed submit support ticket form into a Joomla article.
5. Fix minor bugs from previous version.
If you are interested in these new improvements, please download latest version of the extension from My Downloads menu item and upgrade it to your site
