Cart Abandonment was created by What No Website
We have a high percentage of users that load a cart but do not checkout.

This information is lost when the client session closes if they do not checkout.

Can we procure this information from the user session in the carts table or perhaps have it loaded into another table in the database so we can follow up the client with an offer perhaps?
