Shopping cart options - select groups and calendar function

Fellow EShoppers,
I'm looking for support for a feature enhancement.
We would like to be able limiting the shopping cart options to select groups, not just public or registered.
Also, would like to be able to use the calendar function to change this status on certain dates.
(going from private purchase to public purchase)

Please help boost this post if it would be helpful to your shopping needs.
