No registrants showing in Registrants Manager

Hello, 

Not sure if we're missing a setting somewhere, but we are able to successfully complete registrations all the way through PayPal, including "Return to Merchant," where the end-user's registration shows with transaction ID, and everything looks normal. 

However, the registrations do not show up in the Registrants Manager. We need to see who has registered for an event, of course. How do we enable that. 

Thanks in advance for any tips. We're new to EB.

Hi

There could be multiple reasons causing this issue like :

1. Your site is not public accessible (for example, offline or on a local computer)

2. PayPal IPN is disabled in your PayPal account

3. Or there are certain plugins on the site blocks PayPal IPN Messages

For this, better submit a support ticket so that we can guide you to check it further

Thank you so much. Yes, we had the installation directory under user/pass to keep the public out for now. Removing that restriction did the trick for us. Much appreciate the quick reply. This issue is resolved for us.
