Cancellation email to Admin

Hi Tuan

We only cancel registrants via the backend (we do not allow them to cancel themselves).
When we cancel a registration it sends the registrant an email (User Registration Cancelled Email Message) but I cannot find out how to send a copy of this message to an admin email.  It stores it in the email log but we could really do with an emailed copy for our records.

I have "Registration Cancel Notification Email Subject/Body" sete up, but I think this is only sent if the user cancels their own registration.

Can you advise please?

Hi Alison

When admin cancels a registration, the system only send email to registrants to inform them about it. There will be no notification email sent to admin in this case

If you want it to be sent to administrator, code customization will be needed
