Minor issue.
We send out reminders for all our events. In the reminder we add the [CANCEL_REGISTRATION_LINK] However, when the email is sent out the [CANCEL_REGISTRATION_LINK] is just text.(See attachment)
Is it possible to send out the email with [CANCEL_REGISTRATION_LINK] as a Hyperlink so that people can just click on the clink rather than having to cut and paste into a browser?David

Hi David

We do not have that option. However, you can easily insert the Hyperlink yourself easily using the editor you are using (Tiny MCE or JCE)

HI Tuan,
Ok, I think this is the way you do it:
You need to enter in the body of the email
Code:
<pre class="language-markup"><code>
[CANCEL_REGISTRATION_LINK]
Code:
[b]</code></pre>[/b] I found this from this link https://www.smartdigitalsolutions.co.uk/add-html-markup-joomla-article-jce-tinymce-editor I will try it this evening. David

I can confirm that by wrapping the [CANCEL_REGISTRATION_LINK] with the following code
<pre class="language-markup"><code>[CANCEL_REGISTRATION_LINK]</code></pre>
It will create a hyperlink that users can click on to cancel their booking.
Kind regards
David

The code you sent earlier does not look good for me. However, any editor will have an option to insert link to allow inserting a hyperlink to the message

When you insert link, instead of entering an URL, just insert [CANCEL_REGISTRATION_LINK] tag and it will be fine

Regards,

Tuan
