Hello Tuan

Currently, there is a thank you message for the two payment options after payments were made.

I am using the third reminder to send bookings a thank you email a day after the event. The challenge is that it sends that email to everyone even those pending who did not pay and did not attend.

Is there a way that one can set this not to send to pending registrants or have a separate email sending to only the bookings who attended the event?

In the reminder plugin, there is a setting called Only Send To Paid Registrants. If you set this to Yes, only paid registrants will receive email. The users who register but does not make payment won't receive emails

But it will be applied to all three reminder emails, not just the last one

That will not resolve my challenge, since the corporate bookings can take 30 days to pay. Individual clients are ok,

Guess will have to live with the current situation. I actually want to thank only the people who have attended. Guess I could use the Mass Mail for that.
