Registration approved email to Admins

Hello Tuan, hi all.

It looks like a "new" feature would be the one to send an email to the Admins, when a new registration is approved. I understood this, since there are a couple new configurations called "Admin Registration Approved Email Body" and "Admin Registration Approved Email Subject" under the message manager.

However, when I approve a registration, the registrants do receive their confirmation, but the admins don't.

What shall I activate/toggle to make the admins receive the approval emails ?

Hi Andrea

Just make sure the messages are configured for:

1. Admin Registration Approved Email Body
2. Admin Registration Approved Email Subject

And the email will be sent to administrators (actually, it will sent to the emails entered in the Notification Emails config option in Events Booking)

Hi Tuan, many thanks for your help.

As you mentioned, I had populated the message "body" but I had left empty the "subject". Probably this is the cause of the issue.

When my registrants complete the registration, and their registration is approved, they receive the email with 2 attachments: invoice + tickets. I have seen that the admin registration confirmation emails have one attachment: the invoice.

Is there a way to make sure that also the admins receive both attachments in the confirmation email ?

Hello Andrea

1. Yes, for any emails in Events Booking, if you leave subject empty, it won't be sent

2. Your suggestion makes sense. So I implemented it. You can access to My Downloads menu item, download latest package, upgrade it to your site then check it again. PDF tickets should be sent to admin in registration approved email

extraordinary support. I downloaded the update package and tested it, works perfectly, I can now see all the attachments in the admins confirmation email.
