Offline / Online Payment Message Confusion was created by Philip Bruce
Tuan, I am very confused with the offline and online messaging. I entered a different test message in the User Email Body message and the User Email Body (offline payment) message blocks for an event but neither of those messages are received in the confirmation email. The thank you messages work correctly.

Hello Philip

Maybe it is not working because you are using shopping cart? Could you please check that? When you are using shopping cart, the system will always use global messages (because users can register for multiple events at once, so messages for individual event won't be used)

If so, I don't have any clue. You can submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and link to the page which we can perform registration. I will check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted

I did change the title of the payment plugin from "Offline Payment" to "Send Check by Mail". I don't think that should affect anything since the message works. If I enter a message in the default message it works fine but I only need this message for certain events.

Change title of the payment plugin should not affect email sending, so it should cause by something else

Could you please go to Events Booking -> Configuration, set Log Emails config option to Yes. Then try again

After registration completed, access to Tools -> Email Logs to see if email is logged:

- If Yes, then email is working OK
- If no, then something is wrong

It sent the default email from "emails and messages", not the specific email from the event.
