Emails not sent when more than 1 event booked was created by Ken Thorkildsen
Hello, I've had a couple of registrants advise that if they book more than 1 event at the same time with the same cart, emails for the 1st event are sent but the 2nd event emails are not being received.

Is there a known work around or is there something that is normally missing when this happens?

Hello Ken

Actually, when you are using shopping cart, the system will only send an email for whole registration instead of separate email, each email for an event. That's how it works

Thanks Tuan

If the shopping cart is used then no reminder emails are sent too, is this correct?

With a lot of events going to online, is there a workaround for this? In my situation, a separate Zoom link is needed to be sent for each event.

Any help would be great

Sorry Ken. Right now, we do not have any solution. So customization to the code will be needed and we will have to charge you 60$ for doing the customization

To be more clear, we will customize the code so that when someone register for multiple events, instead of sending one email for whole cart, it will send separate email, each email for an event which is registered
