Overwriting standard event booking e-mails with custom mail per event

Dear Tuan,

we have set-up standard confirmation e-mails on event booking but in some cases prefer to send a specific mail when a user subscribes to an event. When we tried to add a specific mail as confirmation mail per event (edit event > tab messages) we mentioned that these mails are not sent out to the user nor is the adapted registration form message shown. Could this be because we use the cart module? Is there any configuration setting to be adapted?

Hi Joris

Yes. When you use shopping cart, users can add multiple events into cart and process registration. So the messages setting for individual does not work (when someone register for 2 events for example, what message will be used?) ?

So if you want to use messages for individual event, you need to disable shopping cart
