The automatic email to the administrator when registering for an event works with offline payments but not with Paypal. What is the reason for this?
"Send notification emails" is activated.

Hello Anke
Did you make payment for the registration? Please note that email will only be sent after payment complete. So if you try to register for the event but does not make payment when using PayPal, no email will be sent
Also, what's the status of the registration record? Is it Pending or Active?

Hello Tuan,
We have received an email from Paypal that the course has been booked. The payment has also arrived, the ticket, the invoice and also the confirmation is green.
So everything is correct. Only no information was sent to the administrator that someone has registered.
In the end it is not really important because the information came via Paypal and it is not a big deal. It's just strange.

The registration status should be changed to Paid automatically, email should be sent. In this case, please follow the instructions at eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/basic-s...hooting-instructions , send us the requested information so that we can check it further

Hello Tuan,Sorry it took a while.Here is the report File from IPN of Paypal and a screenshot.You will find this as an attachment.the HTTP-Code says 200. So fine but there is no replay at The Registans-List.hope there is a way to fix this.GreatingsAnke

This is strange to me. For this, I guess I will have to check data directly on your site. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that I can check your setup and guide you with the next step?
