SMS Reminder : How to test if working

I'm trying to use the Clickatell plugin to send my reminders via SMS. I have set up the ClickaTell plugin as accurately as I can (followed docs) and the EB SMS Reminder plugin too (see attached images). See also a shot of how Clickatell's interface looks...

Using an SSH connection to my server, I can manually use:

# wget -d mydomain.com/index.php?trigger_reminder_code=MYTRIGGER

and I can see a fair amount of diagnostic but no matter what I do, I am seeing no incoming SMS messages.

So, the question is, is there a means to test SMS is actually working from Event Bookings at all?  Perhaps a "TEST SMS" feature on the registrant page so I can select a registrant and send him/her a text message (i.e. reminder).

If its an API issue, I'm getting no real assistance from Clickatell on the correct API to use... they show API Key and API ID. But though I'm using the sensible API Key value in my plugin, nothing really happens!
