Hi Tuan,

Hope you are doing well, thank you for this lovely component.

We are having an issue where in the Registration History list the bookings of one user is showing up in another user’s list.

For the context of how Events Booking is being used in this situation this for an organization that does education courses for farm laborers. The admins of farms will make bookings for various courses (events) and they will enter the students that will be attending (the admin staff themselves do not attend the course). Some of these admin staff run multiple farms and so they are moving between multiple user accounts, where there is one user account for each of the farms they are involved in, and then they make bookings per farm for a course using these different accounts. In other words in some cases it is the same person using different account to make various bookings for a course.

What has being occurring though is that we have began to see that in some of the user accounts in the Registration History list on the frontend there is bookings from one of their other user accounts appearing there as well. These bookings were not all done while logged into one user account, the admin staff has made bookings while logged into say user account A, logged out and then logged into user account B and then made other bookings. However, if you log in as user account A and view the Registration History on the frontend you can see bookings from both user account A and B (but if you log in as user account B you will see only the bookings of user B). Furthermore, I am able to view the details of the booking done by user account B even though I am logged in as user account A.

I hope this makes sense. I have checked the user account where this is happening and they are definitely seperate user accounts, and the creator of the bookings is also different in these cases (it wasn’t that all these booking were made from one user account). What is also really strange is that I also checked the database tables and for the events where both user A and user B made a booking, and user A can see both their booking and user B bookings in their list, there is only one booking entry in the database for user A.

Any idea of what is happening here? Please me know if you would like me to expand on anything or would like sceenshots, etc.

Thank you.

Just wanted to correct, after posting saw there is a smiley face with glasses emoticon...no idea why that popped in there, haha. That part was meant to read "...bookings of user B".

Hello

Honestly, I don't know why this happens. For this, I will have to check it directly on your site, so please submit a support ticket sending us:

- Super admin account of the site
- The user account which has this issue
- Link to the registration list you are talking about

I will then check to see what's wrong and get it sorted

Regards,

Tuan
