Newbie Question - Setting variable based on meal option

So, I'm completely new. Just created my first event.  I'd like the event cost to vary based on your choice of dinner entree.  I created an event category.  I created a custom field list item that has a list of menu options with prices for each.  I created an event.  The event is set as "Paid Meal" category and the "Meal" custom field uses te same category.  However, when I look at the event as a front-end user, I never see the meal list option, and my prices get calculated based only on the number of attendees.  What am i doing wrong?

I figured this part out. Changing the Display In field seems to have done the trick. Now, on to the next problem: it only shows up once when it should be one per registrant.

If I understand your requirement correctly, you just need to edit the custom field, change Display In to Both Group Member Form And Individual Registration Form and it will be displayed for group members and it should address your concern
