Registrant Management Frontend

Hi Tuan,

My presenters can login and manage their own events and registrants. With the current worldwide health issues, we are getting a lot of cancellations and transfers to workshops at a later date.

The backend Registrant Manager allows a change of event from a dropdown list. The frontend registrant management only shows the currently selected event. Is it possible that my presenters may be able to transfer their registrants to a different event similar to the backend facility.

This will require carefully changes (permission checking... ) to avoid any un-wanted behavior

For now, if you really need it:
- Get the attached file, unzip it
- Upload file html.php file to components/com_eventbooking/view/event folder
- Upload file default.php file to components/com_eventbooking/themes/default/registrant folder

Then check to see if it's working as expected
