Hello,

When I set up a group registration the registrants are asked for name, e-mail and phone number.
Where do I configure what fields are used (which information is asked for)?

Hello

You can go to Events Booking -> Custom Fields, click on the field you want to edit, change Display In to have it displayed and collected for Member. See eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/basic-s...-display-in-property to understand more details about it

(Simple set it to All and it will be displayed on all steps in registration)

I think what I'm seeing is because of the "Access" set (rather than "Display in")

By the way:
If I create a field for a specific event and that event is now passed do I have to un-publish the field? The (past) event does not show in the "Event" field.
If I do not un-publish will it be shown for ALL new events?
