Hi,

if I change the status of a Person or a Group from waitinglist to processing, they don't get a E-Mail notification. With single Person Registration I can select them and click "Resend Mail" so they get noticed and know how they should pay.

But if I have a Group and select the registrants and click "resend E-Mail", I get the notice that "Resend confirmation email to group members is not supported/allowed" (this should be a warning in yellow not in blue …)

How is the correct way you implemented to change People from waitinglist to process?

Hello

1. You need to go to Events Booking -> Configuration, find the config option Include Group Billing Records in Registrants Management, set it to Yes to have the group billing records show

2. Then when you want to change the registration from waiting list to processing, you need to edit the billing record (the record with number registrants > 1), change status of that billing record (so that all the groups will be updated)

3. You can use resend email button to send email as you did. The system currently, only send email if you change the Registration Status to Paid. In that case, registration approved email will be sent

Yes that helped. Thank you

I deactivated the Group Billing Records in Registration Management, because I don't want them in the Export.

So now I have to activate/deactivate it each time I want to do the one or the other Thing.

It would be smoother if you could create Export templates, which are Independent to the admin view.

On Dashboard you can use the button "Export registrants" to download an Excel file.

I would like to see the Group billing records in the admin area, but not in the Excel. If I activate the Option I see it in the admin and in the Excel. If I deactivate, it wont Show in both.

So to handle the admin and the Excel Export differntly there have to be seperate Settings. This I mean with Export template. To define the exportet file entries in more Detail.
