Display Delegate Types in Invoice Order Items

Thank you for the wonderful extension.

I have got everything working except displaying delegate types that make make up the Order Items.

I have setup the event as follows:
1) Event fee is set to 0
2) Event fee is determined by custom fee field "delegate type"

Now I want the delegate type to appear in the pdf invoice for both individual and group bookings please.

You can use this syntax [NAME_OF_FIELD_IN_UPPERCASE] and it should be shown in the invoice

However, for group registration, I am afraid of it's not possible. For invoice, we can only show field being displayed on billing information step, not on group members step. In case group registration, each member can have it own value selected for that field and it could not be displayed in the invoice
