View who/how many on a Waiting List (Front End) was created by David Unwin
Is it possible for Event creators to see how many people and who they on a waiting list for an event or all events that they have created?
We do not give our event creators access to Back End of Joomla.
We want to show this on the Front End submission

I think the only solution is giving them permission to manage registrants from frontend of your site. There they will be able to access and manage registrants of their own event (not only waiting list users but paid / pending registrants, too)
See this documentation eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/fronten...t/manage-registrants to understand and configure it if needed

Tuan

When I set this up. It looks like user can edit registrants for all events, not just their own
I have set up ACL just to edit their own--- see screen shot.
Is there another option I should set?

Hi Tuan,
I did see the note about Important Settings. But if we set 'Only show registrants of events owner' to Yes. It means people who have registered can't see other attendees. Many of our events are social events and games days/evening where people who register want to see who else is playing. This a view access. What we wanted to do is allow the event owner just to able able to manage their own events So Edit Access.
So should there be 2 settings , one for View Access and One for Edit access??

Hi David
If so, I am afraid of there is not a way. You can give other users to list of registrants, see eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/fronten...lay-registrants-list
However, when you enable that option, all users from the groups which you enable this permission will be able to view list of registrants (not only the users who registered for that event)
So if I understand your need correctly (only give users who registered for that event to see list of other registrants of the same event), you will need to hire someone to customize the code to support that feature
Regards,
Tuan

Hi Tuan,
Sorry I maybe did not explain myself very well.
We give certain users ( Editors) the ability to create and manage their own events in Joomla Front End. We also want them to be able to manage registrations as well, but only for their own evets NOT any events created by any other user.
We also allow people whether they have registered for the event or not to see who has already registered for an event when they view the details of the event..

Hi David
1. To allow users to manage their OWN registrants, use frontend registrants management, see eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/fronten...t/manage-registrants . If you set Only show registrants of events owner config option to Yes, then they will only see their own registrants, not registrants from events submitted by other user
2. To allow users to see the list of registrants (without editing...), you can use eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/fronten...lay-registrants-list (in this case, just give Public user group permission to see registrants list)
Then it will work well
