Invoice not showing Phone or Email fields

Hello,

Under the "Customer Information" area in the Invoice, it is not showing the entered Phone information, it only shows [PHONE].

Also, the Invoice does not show the Customer/Registrants Email, it is blank.

Can you point me in the right direction to get this resolved?

I've attached a copy of the Invoice to illustrate the issue.

There must be something wrong in the setting causing the issue. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and tell us the invoice we can download to see this issue

We are going to check to see why it happens and get it sorted
