Course Admins was created by david boggs
Each event has a different person (admin) who manually handles processing of people who register for the event. All people are waitlisted until their payment is processed, I know but it is what it is. Anyway, I need to send the responsible admin an email notification that someone has registered for the event. Is this possible out-of-the-box or could someone point me in the right direction to make this happen?

Hi David

Each event has a field called Created By. You can set that to setting to the user you want and he will become admin/owner of that extension

By doing that, each time there is someone registers for the event event, there notification email will be sent to him. If you want, you can even allow him to manage registrants of his events from frontend of your site

If you just want email notification, then it's even simpler. Edit the event, look at Advanced Settings tab, there is a setting called Notification Emails. Enter email of the admin you want here (multiple emails is allowed) and these emails will receive notification when someone registers for that event

Regards,

Tuan
