2. We use the os_offline to have registrants "send us a check". They show up as a red-circled "X" in Payment Status" I had expected that clicking this would set it to a green check and post the current datetime to the database. This does not happen. How do we indicate that we have received payment from the registrant?
3. If the payment due from a registrant (offline payment) is zero the confirmation email still has the os_offline message indicating that payment is expected. This confuses people. Could it be set to a blank if the amount is zero?

Yes, I found the same problem. We need to record when offline payments are made, and clicking the X would be a good way to do it.
Also when I tried to register a guest for an event and there was a problem with PayPal payment (PayPal set-up issue), when clicking on 'Return to Merchant' from the paypal site brings me back to a cancellation page in EB. That would be quite a bad customer experience as they have to fill in the form again. BTW Although the user do not get logged in the registrants view, they remain in t0r4j_eb_registrants. Was that intentional?
From my point of view, I feel that a more intuitive UX would be for the guest to register and eventually tick a checkbox for 'Register these details for future bookings' at which point they could be prompted to provide a username and password. Just a suggestion because I think the 3 bullet points at the start of registration are rather confusing and off-putting.
Thanks,
Tes

1. The emails sent to a registrant have a return address which is the global for the entire Joomla site. This leads to our chief webmaster getting responses that he has no idea what to do with. We need to specify who is the "from" on emails to clients. Ideally this would be set by category. An alternative would be to use the first email of the event's notification email addresses
=> In the latest version build of the extension, you can enter From Name and From email from Configuration of the extension, in the message tab. If you leave it empty, the one in configuration of Joomla will be Used. Thanks for the nice suggestion .

=> From version 1.2.0 of Event Booking, registrants can cancel their registration and now, the registration record will have 3 status :
- Pending
- Paid
- Cancelled.
Thats the reason we could not make the red icon click able to mark the registration record as paid. To change the status of the registration record, you need to click on the record to edit it, set the status for it and then save the record. The second way is that check on the checkbox next to each record, the press submit Publish button .
3. If the payment due from a registrant (offline payment) is zero the confirmation email still has the os_offline message indicating that payment is expected. This confuses people. Could it be set to a blank if the amount is zero?
=> Just add it to latet build of the extension. When the payment amount = 0, the payment method won't be showed in email anymore .
Thanks,
Tuan
