Hi I have upgraded to EB3.2.1 and my client is complaining of issues with email notifications
They add a custom email address into each advanced setting of the event e.g john@, but the core email in the configuration is info@
However it seems that john@ is not getting emails but info@ is getting all the notification emails. Each event uses Send Notification Emails = use global


Global Mail Settings
Send Notification Emails = only send email to registrants

Notification emails = info@

Send Notification Email to event creator = Yes (There are several users all using the same login - does this send email to the logged in user?)

Are my settings above correct?

I will have to check the setting directly on your site and tell you what's wrong with your setup. Please submit a support ticket sending us:

1. Super admin account of the site
2. Link to the event registration page

I will check your setup and give you the answer
