As suggested by customers, I had made some change to the up-coming events module to make it more flexible. Here are some changes which I added to the module :
- Option to display events from categories you want : In the previous version, the modules displays events from all categories. In the current version, I added a new parameter to the module to allow you enter IDs of categories which you want to display events from .
- Option to Hide the category in the module : Sometime you don't want to display category of event in the module. In the previous verion, if you want to do that, you need to modify the code of the module. Now, it is very simple. Just need to Set Show category parameter to No and the category will be hided in the module .
- Option to display Location of event in the module
If you want to have these feature in the module, please login to your account, download the latest version of the extension and update the module to your site (just need to re-install the module, don't need to re-install the component) .
