Event booking - group registration was created by Andrew Hicks
I made a test group booking for myself and one guest. (ie 2 registrants). I get two copies of the invoice - each marked as one registrant yet with price x 2 - both identical file. Why is this? Looks like bug.

Guessing you have Config Setting: Send Confirmation Email to all group members set as "yes" but used the same email for each group member?

Sorry Calum - it's set to No. I only input one email address for one of the registrants (me).
When I look at 'My Event Bookings' it shows the system report "Registration History". The same event is listed three times: once for the group booking and again once each for the two registrants (without showing their names or any other useful details). Basically it just repeats itself three times. See screenshot attached. Invoice also attached.
For such group bookings can we get the invoice to display the names and details of the guests as input? At least selected fields, to show how the price breaks down?
Still looks like a bug to me.

OK Next thought... do you have "Send invoice to administrator = yes" on the invoice tab? i.e. one is your event booking as a customer and the other is your copy as administrator?
The multiple entries on the bookings are:
The Group Booker (line 3 on the screen shot)
- Each of the Attendees (lines 1 and 2). There is a setting to control that but it may be that you need to adjust the setting to show the attendees rather than switch them off showing depending what you want to actually show.

You can test the email issue by using the little known ability to add a plus sign in an email
so if my email is calum@mywebserver.com and so my admin emails will go there I could register for an event with calum+ebtest@webserver.com and for 99.9% of servers it should be delivered to calum@webserver.com - but you can view the header and see it was sent to +ebtest and know it is the event entrant's email.

'Send invoice to administrator' was set to yes (now changed to no) as was 'send invoice to registrants' (still set as yes).
This does not explain why all three should appear in 'My Event Bookings'. Yes it is obvious that 1 & 2 are the two persons registered while 3 is the group booking - but why repeat it and why not show the names to distinguish one from tother?
I can see no setting to adjust how the attendees are displayed in the My Events Booking tab.
Neat trick with the emails, btw, but we've already tested that and the email confirmations to event bookers are already being sent out (but not invoices).

I think its how the database tables hold the data. But such is life...
There are two settings on Config Settings --> Include Group Billing Records in registrant management and Include Group Members...
I'm not sure if that affects the back end or front end management or both...

Actually, it is the same invoice generated for the whole group. To make the list less confusing, please go to Events Booking -> Configuration, find the config option "Include Group Members record in registrants management", set it to No
Then group members record will be hided from the list and it might solve the issue? Or maybe we should not display invoice number for group members?
