Available places counter - custom

Hello,
I created an event that involves also hotel rooms.
Every hotel room can be used as single or double.
Now let's say I have 20 rooms, which means 40 places.

You can register to the event as an individual or as a group.
If you register as a group of 2, then the availability goes down by 2, and this is correct.

But, if you register as an individual, the counter goes down by one. Which is not correct, because even if it's 1 person, this registration is actually taking 2 places (1 room=2 places).

How can I manage it?

Yes. Your explanation is clear to me (I am sorry for lately response, I was too busy in the last few days - focus to update the documentation of the extension)

However, it is a too special requirement and it could not be handled by Events Booking. When someone make an individual registration, the system will just count him as one registrant, not two (I don't think it is logic, it only true in your special case)

Not sure what to do in this case, I could not think of any way to setup the extension to handle this requirement . Maybe you can try to find to see whether there is any extension can be used for this requirement. If there is, you can switch to that extension and I will refund the money of your purchase (however, to be honest, I am afraid of there is no extension like this)

thank you, there is no need to replace the extansion. I like it and I want to keep it, this is just a minor issue.
I will manually fix the available places.

Eventually, I will take a look at the code and try to fix it myself. I think of something like a parameter "min places tanel per registration". If I find a reasonable solution I will be happy to share it with you in case someone needs it in the future.
