I have 2 questions regarding the event booking component:

1) I would like to use both paypal and offline payment as payment methods.
For paypall it's okay to automatically send the invoice. For the offline payment it's better to send it manually at a later moment, because they first have to check the bank account to see if the payment was fullfilled.

Is it possible to have this functionality for 1 event? Having different settings relating to the invoice, depending on the type of payment?

2) The events will mostly be congresses. The attendants receive accreditations after attending the event. This is a sort of certificate that has a number of points, depending on the event.

I would like to create a document that's kind of similar to the invoice. With tags like:
[NAME] , [ADDRESS] ,[CITY] ... An automatically generated pdf that's different for each attendant that says how much accreditations/points they've earned.

This has to be sent AFTER the event took place to all attendants.

Actually the "mass mail" function is kind of what I need: you can also use tags here, you can send a mail to all attendants at a chosen moment, but it doesn't generate a pdf...

HI

1=> It is not possible. If users use offline payment, the invoice will be sent to him right after he completes payment for the registration. Maybe in the future release, we can add a config option so that invoice will be sent only when you change the status of the registration record from pending to paid in the backend. Added to my todo list and this feature should be available in about 4 weeks

2 => The extension doesn't have a feature like that at the moment. Adding to mass mail feature is a nice idea, however, I am afraid of it will cause timeout error when sending mass mail because generating PDF file will take much time and resources. I will try to find a solution for this problem, however, I am afraid of it won't be available soon

Hi!

I think my problem with the automatically createdt invoice PDF belongs to the first question of this topic:

As soon as I change the status of a registrant in frontend from pending to paid NO invoice PDF is created. In Backend I looked into the folder where the invoice PDF should put into. But there is nothing. If I click on the invoice link in the registrants list, an error occured. At the same time an correct invoice PDF is created and put into the invoice folder.
My problem now: I have to carry out the latter procedure for each participant (I have a lot until now and I have to print the invoices).

Is it a general issue? Can I solve the problem?

Thank you for your help!

Kind regards.
