Emails not being sent for manually registered user

We have an EB system which seems to not be sending out emails to the customer if they are manually registered for an event via the back-end of the website.

I have created a new test user and can confirm that emails are flowing.

This client often receives phone or postal bookings, and simply add them as a new registrant on the website, so it would be helpful if this feature worked.

I've checked the registrant details and they are showing as paid, so I'm not sure what is going wrong.

Hi Ruth

I confirmed the issue. Right now, we don't send email to registrant when you add manually from backend

Please use the workaround we mentioned in support ticket (using resend emails button in the toolbar)

We will address this issue in the next release. We should have it sorted before this time next week
