Event user groups question was created by Jonathan Richards
I'm trying to figure out the best way to complete a task in EB. Perhaps someone has some advice:
I use Events Booking to manage users that register for our organization's yearly meeting. When they register, their account user group is updated to a custom group I've called "Meeting Registered". Users belonging to this group gain permissions to download files that are otherwise hidden to nonregistered users. Some time after the meeting (perhaps 4 months or so), we start registrations for the meeting the following year.
My need is to automatically remove the EB users from the "meeting registered" group 4 months after the event so they do not get access to the documents for the upcoming meeting. I need the Meeting Registered group to reset (i.e. "unregister") 4 months after the meeting.
Any advice on how this can be done?

Hi Jonathan
Unfortunately, we don't have a feature to handle that. However, I think you can use "Batch" feature in Joomla core to update group for these users (so that you don't have to change group for them one by one)
Try to go to Users -> Users Manage, click on Batch button in the toolbar, then you will see options to change groups for the selected users. That should solve your issue
