Custom fields

Am considering purchasing.

Couple of questions if you wouldn't mind first?

1 Can you specify different custom fields to be completed specific to each event created?

2 Are the booking confirmation email specific to the events or general to all events?

3 What reporting tools are there? Any SQL queries available for SQL to Excel yet?

Thanks for interested in the extension. Here are my answers to your questions :

1. Can you specify different custom fields to be completed specific to each event created?

=> Yes . When you create a new custom field, you can assign it to a specific event or to all events .

2. Are the booking confirmation email specific to the events or general to all events?

=> In the current version, the messages are gloabal setting for all events. However, there are tags : [EVENT_TITLE], [REGISTRATION_DETAIL] which you can include in the messages to make it different for each event. If you need the message different for each event, go ahead to buy the extension . I will do a small customization for you .

3 What reporting tools are there? Any SQL queries available for SQL to Excel yet?

=> There is a function called CSV export which allows you to export registrants into CSV file. You can view this CSV file in an office program lilke MS Excell .

Hi,
With custom fileds is it possible to select more than one event - for example if I want to add a custom field called Job Title - I only want to have this field available for events in a specific category. Or do i have to create a new custom field for every new event I add to that category.

Also, are there any way to change the order of custom fields among the standard fields ie with the field Job Title I would like to have it after the Last name field but before Address.

Can I just clarify whether I am right in understanding that the custom fields are specified for the registration form for one or more events, as opposed to saving more information about the event itself when configuring it? E.g. My earlier query about Event Leader , I cannot use custom fields to save further information about the event can I?
